Schools

There’s an enormous amount of resources out there for helping schools go Net Zero or working with children/young people. Here are a few

The Education Hub – and the National Education Nature Park. From creating pollinator-friendly habitats where biodiversity can thrive, to digging ponds, the concept will showcase how the education estate will create an environment that supports climate resilience.

The Nature Park will also provide opportunities for young people to take part in community science, and in biodiversity monitoring and data analysis – learning important/key skills for the future.

Let’s Go NetZero – Network of schools working towards Net Zero

Harmony Project – aims to transform education to ensure it is fit for purpose in preparing young people to engage with the environmental and social challenges we face, not just to pass exams.
